To become a Licensed Mortgage Agent (in Ontario), the Candidate must complete a course recognized by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).  

The Course must cover all of the Mortgage Agent Qualifying Standards (MAQS) as required by regulation under the Act.
